We use UPS Ground as our shipping method and only ship to the continental United States. Generally UPS will deliver by the next day in the Northeast. UPS does not deliver on weekends or certain major holidays. UPS prices vary from zip code to zip code and change occasionally. We are not responsible for increased UPS prices! For more information on UPS Policies and delivery times go to www.ups.com. UPS will NOT deliver to post office boxes.
We try to get orders out as quickly as possible (usually out within a day of receiving the order, except on weekends) however things may slow down with heavy traffic, particularly around holidays. Please plan accordingly! We are not responsible for late shipments. If an order comes in damaged or you get the wrong order please call us and we will replace it. Save the box and packaging for UPS inspection or return!
You may return most new unopened/unused items within 30 days of purchase for exchange or store credit. Items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full credit. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges, if item is returned opened and/or has been used.
If it is determined that a return is being made due to merchant error, we will pay for return shipping and you will be sent a return shipping label via UPS. It is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping on all orders being returned for reasons that do not qualify as merchant error.
Please report any shipping or manufacturer damage to merchandise within 14 days of your purchase to qualify for exchange or store credit. All merchandise returned under legitimate claims of damage will be replaced upon receipt and inspection of damaged merchandise. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges, if item is returned under false claims of damage.
